This application offers a tailored approach to daily meal planning, aligning with individual health and fitness objectives such as weight loss, maintenance, or gain.

Key features include:

• Calculation of daily caloric intake based on personal metrics and goals;
• Customization of calorie targets for each day;
• Access to over 220 nutritionally balanced recipes supporting a healthy diet;
• Option to exclude specific allergenic ingredients from meal plans.

Operational overview:

1. PEP assesses your caloric and macronutrient needs—proteins, fats, and carbohydrates—by considering factors such as height, weight, age, activity level, and desired outcome.
2. It then formulates a tailored nutritional plan for each meal of the day.
3. Subsequently, it compiles a diverse, comprehensive menu designed to satisfy daily dietary requirements.

This nutrition calculation is based on the ingredients used in each meal and seamlessly integrates with Apple's Health app to log caloric data into the HealthKit database.
